1. In-house Consultation It is important for both parties to be on the same page from the very beginning, so we send both a designer and the project manager to your home to review the specifics of your project.
2. Design Retainer Once you are comfortable with the overall concepts and we have an understanding of your budget, we kindly ask you to sign a retainer that will be applied to your project total once we come to terms on your final construction contract. Ultimately costing you nothing, but allowing our designers to really get into the details of your project.

Concept Development The design process will
include all of the following:
a. A designer with you throughout the design of your space.
b. We design multiple layouts so that you can understand the difference between
the layouts, ultimately creating a cleaner final product.
c. Comprehensive material selection mock-ups, hand drawn sketches and Cad
layouts
d. Once you are comfortable with your floor plans, we work with you to select
your finish materials to fully customize your transformation.
e. Review all structural, mechanical, and electrical changes to ensure fully
functional systems.
