4. Contract All materials are selected during concept development so we can guarantee your Contract cost, and we are never waiting on material arrival to complete your project on time. We are now ready to schedule your project for construction!!
5. Pre & On-site Meetings Pre-construction meetings are scheduled so that again we are all on the same page. We don’t want to be any more of a distraction than we have to, so determining how our crews will share your home with you during construction goes along way to keeping your stress down. On site meetings allow us to keep you informed throughout the project so there are no surprises just smiles!!
